From Berlin Tegel TXL airport:
Take the 128 bus to the Kurt-Schumacher-Platz underground station (U-Bahn). Take the U6 in direction Alt-Mariendorf to U- und S- Bahnhof Friedrichstraße .  Alternatively, take the TXL bus to Unter den Linden/Friedrichstraße and turn right into Friedrichstraße. Dorotheenstraße is the second street on the right.
From Berlin main railway station:
By commuter train (S-Bahn) from here: take the east-bound S-Bahn (Osten) and alight at the Friedrichstraße station. We are less than five minutes’ walk due south. Alternatively, take the M1 or M12 tram and alight at the Friedrichstraße stop. We are approximately five minutes away by foot.

Take a train or commuter train (S-Bahn) to the main train station.
From Frankfurt main railway station:
Take the S-Bahn in direction Frankfurt Süd
Change onto the underground (U-Bahn) at the Hauptwache stop. Take one of the following trains: U 1 to Ginnheim, U 2 to Bad Homburg or U 3 to Hedderheim, then alight at the Eschenheimer Tor stop.
Continue on foot: take the Eschenheimer Landstraße out of town. Fellnerstraße is on the left-hand-side.
